What a walk‑through actually finds
Storm readiness is not a package we sell you. It is four things we look at while we are already on your property, and it is why we would rather quote your lawn in person than over a form.

Palm heads that sit above a roof, a lanai or a driveway are the first thing to come down in a named storm. They get cut back before the season, not after — and anything hanging over the house that is not ours to cut, you hear about on the walk-through while there is still time to deal with it.
Dead fronds and hanging weight
A palm carrying a skirt of dead fronds is throwing debris at your windows at 70 mph. Clearing it is the cheapest storm work there is.
Where the water goes
Compacted sandy soil, a broken sprinkler head and a bed that pools after every afternoon storm all show up in the same walk-through — and all three are fixable.
Debris already on the ground
Leaf litter and downed limbs left in beds smother turf and give the next storm more to throw around. Clean-up is where most yards start.
