Why we lead with storm work
Anybody with a trailer can cut grass, and plenty of them do it well. The part of this job that separates a good year from an expensive one happens above your head: a palm carrying a skirt of dead fronds, an oak limb resting over the roofline, a canopy that has quietly grown twenty feet closer to your house since it was planted.
That is the work we keep coming back to — straightening leaning trees after a storm, clearing debris, and trimming palms before the season rather than after. It is why the first thing we do on a new property is walk the whole thing and look up, not quote a mowing rate off a satellite photo.
The routine services still matter, and we do all 8 of them properly. But storm readiness is the thing we would want done on our own house, so it is the thing we put first on yours.
How working with us actually goes

You call or send the address
Tell us the street and roughly what is bothering you — the grass, a bed that has gone to weeds, or the palm leaning over the lanai. That is enough to start.

We walk the property
On site, in person, free. We look at the turf, the beds, the irrigation and the canopy over the roofline, and we tell you which of those actually need money spent on them.

You get a price for that work only
No bundles, no minimum package. If the answer is a biweekly mow and one palm trimmed before June, that is what we quote.

We keep the schedule
Regular visits stay regular. After a storm we work the service area in the order the calls came in, and we tell you where you are in the line rather than guessing at a time we cannot hold.
