Estimates aren't a locked-in price
A quote submitted through this site or given over the phone is an estimate based on what you've told us. It becomes a confirmed price once we've either seen the property in person or talked through the details enough to be sure — overgrown lawns, storm damage, downed limbs, and irrigation problems often aren't fully knowable until we're standing on the property. We'll tell you before any price changes from what was estimated.
Scheduling and weather
We schedule work in good faith, but Florida weather doesn't always cooperate. Rain, lightning, standing water, and tropical storm or hurricane conditions can push a job back for safety reasons — ours and yours. If we have to delay or reschedule for weather, we'll reach out as soon as we know and get you on the calendar as soon as it's safe to work.
Access to your property
To do the work, we need reasonable access to the areas being serviced — gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles or obstacles cleared from the work area, and any known hazards (uncapped irrigation lines, unmarked wiring, fencing under repair) pointed out ahead of time. If we can't safely access the property on the scheduled day, we may need to reschedule.
Payment
Payment terms — timing, method, and whether a deposit applies — are agreed on directly with you before or at the time of service. This website doesn't process payments; nothing here is a checkout or billing system.
Cancellations
Plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as you can so we can adjust the crew's day and offer that slot to someone else.
Limitation of liability
We work carefully, but lawn and landscaping work carries some inherent risk — to sod, plantings, irrigation lines, and underground utilities that aren't marked or disclosed to us. Our responsibility for any job is limited to the cost of the service performed; we aren't responsible for indirect damages or for pre-existing conditions we weren't told about. If something goes wrong because of work we did, tell us — we'd rather make it right directly than have you find out you needed a lawyer to get our attention.
