Who this policy covers
This policy applies to this website, operated by Lawncare 4U, a lawn care and landscaping business based in Longwood, FL, serving Seminole and north Orange County. It does not cover any other business, app, or third-party site we link to.
What we collect
This site has one form: a free quote request. If you submit it, we collect what you type into it — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the service you want. We don't collect anything else on this site. There are no user accounts, no logins, and no payment or checkout process here.
How the quote form works
The quote form is powered by Web3Forms, a third-party form relay service. When you submit the form, Web3Forms processes it and delivers your submission to our email inbox at lawncare4u@omcegroup.com. We don't run our own server or database to store submissions — Web3Forms handles the delivery, and your information lands in our email like any other message we receive. Web3Forms has its own privacy practices governing how it handles data in transit; we don't control those and encourage you to review them directly if you want detail beyond what we describe here.
Why we collect it
We use quote-request information for one purpose: to contact you back, understand the job, and give you an estimate. We don't use it for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with other businesses for their marketing. The only party that sees your submission isLawncare 4U and the Web3Forms relay that delivers it to us.
Analytics and cookies
As of this policy's last update, this site does not run any analytics or tracking software, and it does not set cookies of its own. If we add an analytics tool later — to see which pages get visited, for example — it would collect standard usage data: pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site. We'll update this policy if and when that changes.
How long we keep it
We keep quote-request emails as long as it's useful for our own records — scheduling, past-job reference, follow-up. We don't keep a formal database of leads beyond our email inbox. If you want your information removed, contact us and we'll delete the message.
Children's information
This site is meant for property owners and adults arranging lawn care services. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
A note on the law
Florida's Digital Bill of Rights (F.S. § 501.702 et seq.) is the state's main data-privacy statute, but it only applies to companies that clear roughly $1 billion in annual global revenue, plus additional conditions around data sales or digital advertising. Lawncare 4U is a small, owner-run local business well below that threshold, so this law does not bind us. We wrote this policy as a matter of plain honesty about our practices, not because a specific Florida statute requires it.
